Columbia County History & Heritage is an official publication of the Columbia County Historical Society. The award-winning magazine is free to all members of the Society. Each issue explores a wide variety of topics that illustrate the rich and complex history of the county. The Magazine was founded by the late Jim Eyre in 2002 and rapidly became a favorite publication of our members and visitors to the county. The magazine is run entirely by volunteers. Since the first issue, design of the magazine has been generously donated by Ron Toelke Associates of Chatham, NY.
