The Columbia County Historical Society includes a museum and research library, as well as three additional historic properties open to the public.

Museum & Library
The Columbia County Historical Society Museum & Library includes three galleries of changing exhibitions, a research library and reading room, manuscript storage, collection storage and administrative offices.  Village Properties, including the Vanderpoel House and Museum & Library is open, Saturday & Sunday Noon-4pm.  The Library is also open by appointment. Visit our reading room page for changing hours and more information.

Multi-site passes are available seasonally for purchase which include admission to the National Historic Landmark Luykas Van Alen House, and Ichabod Crane Schoolhouse.
